The three-week submission period for the 2011 Directory Cover Photo Contest came to a close Friday afternoon (Nov. 5) at 4:00 p.m. In all the Arkansas Press Association received 119 entries for this year’s competition, the winners of which will be featured on the cover of the 2011 Arkansas Media Directory currently in pre-production. That number breaks, by 4 entries, the record set in 2008 for the 2009 edition of the book.
The photos will be judged over the next two weeks, and the finalists will be announced on December 1 exclusively here in the APA Forums. The top entries will initially only appear here. So, come check them out on Dec. 1. |
