Blagg, Tate, Larimer serve as FOIA panelists

Brenda Blagg of The Morning News, based in Springdale, Byron Tate of the Times-Record in Fort Smith, and Tom Larimer, APA executive director, served as panelists during a discussion on the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Wednesday in Van Buren. The panel was invited by the Arkansas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureau managers to discuss and to answer questions from the group regarding the FOIA.
