Latest in 'Round Table' series set for Arkadelphia

The latest in the Arkansas Press Association’s (APA) “Round Table” series initiated by current APA President Britt Talent will be held in Arkadelphia. The session is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thurs., June 16, at the Dawson Education Cooperative at 711 Clinton Street, Suite 101. There is no fee, but registration is required as lunch is provided to all attendees. Talent, publisher of the Cleveland County Herald in Rison, envisioned a series of peer-to-peer discussions held in every part of the state for the purpose of exchanging cost-cutting and revenue-generating ideas among APA members. Hence, the “Round Table” series began.

Wendy Ledbetter of the Daily Siftings Herald in Arkadelphia and Clark Smith of the GateHouse Media newspapers in Southern Arkansas are making the arrangements for the upcoming forum.
