Default Sabin leaves UCA for Oxford American

Warwick Sabin, publisher of the Oxford American, has given up his public affairs position with the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in
Conway to devote all of his time to the well-known magazine. Concurrently, Sabin said he and his four-person staff will be relocating from the UCA campus to space on the third floor of the Central Arkansas Library Systemís Studies Institute in the River Market District. The space in the library is being provided free, said David Stricklin, head of the libraryís Butler Center. In exchange the magazine will provide free advertising for the library and plans to work with the library on future joint projects.

The Oxford American once had a Little Rock business office that Sabin closed in cost-cutting moves when he took over publishing duties as part
of his executive responsibilities at UCA. UCA will continue to provide a free home to the magazineís editorial offices.
