Dr. Joel Gambill, chair of the Department of Journalism at Arkansas State, and Dr. Russell Shain, dean of the College of Communications, will both retire later this summer taking with them a combined 40 years experience. See details in this week's (Feb. 25) Arkansas Publisher Weekly.
