This year's National Newspaper Week will be celebrated October 4-10. The annual observance, sponsored by the Newspaper Association Managers (NAM), provides newspapers with the opportunity to emphasize the important role they play in their respective communities.
The various press associations around the country have funded the development of a kit that includes feature stories, cartoons, editorials and more.
